Purbalingga Police Traffic Unit Gives Safety Therapy For Children Traffic Violators
Satlantas Polres Purbalingga provides therapy for traffic violators found during the 2022 Candi Obedience Operation. The therapy was carried out by a team of psychological counselors at the Purbalingga Police in Bhayangkari Hall, Friday (17/6/2022).
In the activity, students who violate traffic are presented together with their parents. Furthermore, guidance on traffic order is given, followed by counseling and safety therapy by psychological counselors.
Head of Traffic Police of Purbalingga AKP Rizky Widyo Pratomo said we held safety therapy activities for traffic violators who are minors. Where the traffic violators were found during the 2022 Candi Obedient Operation.
"This is one of our efforts to prevent traffic violations committed by minors," explained Traffic Head.
In this safety therapy, we present a team of psychological counselors from the Purbalingga Police. The team that provides safety therapy for our younger siblings. With this therapy, minors who previously violated traffic rules in the future will no longer commit violations.
"We also present the parents of these traffic violators. We hope that parents are more concerned and can control their children not to allow them to ride their own motorbikes," he explained.
One parent named Laman, a resident of Kaligondang, said that his son took part in this therapy activity because the police found him violating traffic. Where to go to school riding a motorcycle without wearing a helmet and not carrying papers.
